Open House Buyer Representation & Fee Waiver:
During standard paid open house coverage, all visitor logs and buyer inquiries are shared with the listing agent. However, if the agent and I agree in advance that I may represent myself to potential buyers or sellers during the event, the open house fee will be waived.
In this case, I will display my own open house signs, flyers, promote the event on my platforms, and provide my business cards — alongside the agent’s materials. I will still represent the agent and their sellers professionally, using the agent’s signage, listing materials, and business cards to ensure a cohesive and branded experience while also having the opportunity to work with leads I generate directly.
